WHAT IS OBAMA UP TO NOW?

U.S. placed under international police-state

Not only are we concerned about Obama being a sympathizer to the Muslim world, he now placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States

According to Threatswatch:

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

  2. I was rather worried about this, too, to be honest. But I just read a post by LL (over at Virtual Mirage) that makes it sound like it's no big deal, that Interpol is a "clearinghouse" for law enforcement, not an actual law enforcement agency. http://symbolic-mirage.blogspot.com/2010/01/interpol-and-diplomatic-immunity.html

It made me feel better to know that, but it does beg the question: why make the change at all? Particularly now, when even BO has to have got it through his thick head that we don't trust him an inch. Puzzling.

  3. Fuzzy, The guy I’m supporting here, that’s running for Congress is a former Army Major, just returned from overseas and pledged the Oathkeepers oath. He is the one forwarding the info to me. He got it from another x-soldier and oathkeeper. This is the answer he wrote back to the soldier:

"This is true and actually happened on the evening of 17 December by the hand of the President. It does concern me very much and this is another reason that EO's need to be Constitutional and within the letter of the law. This action and EO is not. What Reagan did was within the law, but the elimination of the protections of US citizens is of grave concern and a continuation of a downward spiral of our liberties!

I will pledge, as I have already to the Oath keepers to fight any non-Constitutional taking of our liberties! Call me anytime if you need anything!

  4. Thanks, Rotti! This is yet another piece of the puzzle that we can't see as it's being put together perhaps? There are a good many such odd, discomforting things that this administration has done/is in the process of doing, and I fear very much what the finished picture will be.

  5. Rotti - If anybody but Obama was doing it, I'd take it in stride. There always seems to be a nefarious motive with this clown.

Foreign arrest warrants still have to be handled through the US State Department and the Department of Justice. Additionally extradition treaties with different countries are all different and this matter didn't touch on that.

Ron Noble, Director General of Interpol is a retired US Treasury Agent. While I don't worship the ground that Noble walks on, I can't see that he or his staff would derive any advantage from this move.

  6. I don't claim to be an expert on any of this, but rather totally in the dark. but it does make me feel uneasy.

  7. Obama removing this language is very troubling to me. I do believe his motives are of a nefarious nature. This president is trying to infringe on our liberties in any way possible. Obama is not a real president, but rather a dictator.

  8. Anymore I'm looking at Obama as imposter.
