Written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it
Passed and signed into law by a Congress and a President who never read it and are exempt from it
Funded and administered by a Treasury Secretary who didn't pay his taxes
Overseen by a Surgeon General who is obese, and
Financed by a country that’s $65 Trillion in debt.
What possibly could go wrong?
